1. Exclusivity Clause

By entering into an agreement with Junk Removal SEO Agency, we guarantee city exclusivity. We will not take on any direct competitors within your defined territory as long as your account remains in good standing.

2. Service Delivery

We operate on a month-to-month basis. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. However, any digital assets (websites, domain names, GBP listings) transferred or built by the agency remain the property of the agency unless explicitly transferred via buyout.

3. Results Disclaimer

While we deploy proven frameworks and have a track record of ranking junk removal companies #1 in their respective cities, Google's algorithm is entirely outside of our control. We do not guarantee specific monetary outcomes or specific timelines.
