Route Density

Route Density is arguably the single most important operational metric in the junk removal industry. It refers to the geographic concentration of hauling jobs booked for a single truck on a given day. Simply put: how many jobs can your crew complete without having to spend hours driving across the city?

The Economics of Windshield Time

In the junk removal business, you are selling two things: space in your dump truck, and the time of your crew.
